Regular and Associate Member
Step 1: Application Files
Your application should include the following:
- A cover letter indicating the membership category you are applying for, your motivations for joining CEN, your existing/planned collaborations with CEN members, your supervision of research related to CEN programming, a description of how your research fits into CEN's research areas.
- A letter of support from a regular CEN member.
- Your curriculum vitae (no specific format required).
Step 2: Evaluation of your Application
- The Scientific Committee first reviews researchers' applications. The Scientific Committee meets at least twice a year.
- The successful application and the new member's status are then submitted to all regular members of the Centre for non-decisional consultation and comment.
- CEN Management communicates the final decision to the candidate.
Collaborating Member
If you would like to become a collaborating member, please send the following information to the CEN coordination team at coordination@cen.ulaval.ca.
- Up-to-date contact and affiliation information
- A complete CV indicating a research grant or an individual or team research contract related to the Centre's scientific programme.
- Areas and sub-areas of scientific programming in which your research work is involved.
- A 100-word paragraph explaining your identifiable and recognised contribution to the CEN.
- The regular or associate member(s) with whom you actively collaborate.
