A study conducted by postdoctoral fellow Farshad Kamran, under the supervision of Professor Jean-Pascal Bilodeau (ULaval), highlights the vulnerability of the Inuvik–Tuktoyaktuk highway, which is built on permafrost and subject to seasonal thawing exacerbated by global warming. This data is essential for better guiding the design of sustainable infrastructure in the North.
