| | | | Situé près d'un forage (NGO-DD15-2013) où se trouve un câble à thermistance. Il est dans une petite vallée. Il y a beaucoup de buttes d'une hauteur d'environ 10 cm. Vers l'ouest, il y a une colline escarpée où s'accumulent les amoncellements de neige. Ce site pourrait être affecté par la fonte des neiges prolongée. Il y a beaucoup d'autres sites dans la vallée. Le site contient quatre sous-parcelles. Il y a cinq instruments sur le site: NGO-DD-2013_ST01;NGO-DD-2013_ST02;NGO-DD-2013_ST03;NGO-DD-2013_ST04;NGO-DD-2013.
This site is located next to a cored borehole (NGO-DD15-2013) containing a thermistor chain. It is in a small valley. There are a lot of hummocky features about 10 cm in height. The site itself is relatively wet with cracks wide open about 10 cm width. Towards the west there is a steep hill where snow drifts accumulate. This site is expected to be affected by extended snowmelt. There are many other sites in the valley. This site has four sub-plots. There are five instruments at the site: NGO-DD-2013_ST01;NGO-DD-2013_ST02;NGO-DD-2013_ST03;NGO-DD-2013_ST04;NGO-DD-2013. |
