Abstract submission is now closed.

We are happy to announce that we were able to accept all submitted abstracts in the format (oral/poster) requested by the presenting author.

Oral presentations

IMPORTANT ! Please make sure to hand us (on a USB stick) the ppt (PowerPoint) file with your talk when you register for the symposium, and at least ONE DAY BEFORE your presentation !
Registration is possible before and during the Icebreaker Reception (17:00 – 21:00) on Sunday evening, or in the mornings between 8:00 – 8:30 before the oral sessions start. We would like to have your talks as soon as possible, and at the latest during the poster session in the evening preceding the day of your presentation! Your cooperation is greatly appreciated, and will help us to “keep on track” during our very busy symposium schedule/program.

  • You can prepare your presentations in the following formats: PowerPoint or PDF.
  • We are not accepting Apple Keynote or Prezi presentations.
  • If you are using Apple Keynote or Prezi, just convert your presentation to PowerPoint or PDF beforehand and test it on a PC.
  • You will not be able to connect your Mac to the projectors, so do not hope to rely on it.
